Warehouse

Excavation is starting.

Trenching - laying all the utilities in the trench for both warehouse and house.

Foundation has been started.

Framing has started.

Here come the trusses!

The holding tank/grinder pump for the shop. This send the septic uphill 70 feet in elevation to the main septic system.

Excess dirt from excavation at the house site was trucked to the shop site and used as fill around it.

The rebar is down and the tubing is down for the radiant floor heating system.

Cement is being poured.

Roofing is getting laid.

Siding is going up.
